Our Mission

Cause students to master the art of reading Reading is a group of habits. Excellent readers are masters of a group of habits which causes them to be excellent readers. They became excellent readers when they joined a team who taught them the habits of excellent readers. The primary team members are: 1.) Student    5.) Principal 2.) Teacher    6.) Peers 3.) Parent      7.) Volunteers 4.) Tutor        8.) Community The Teacher, who is the team leader, develops learning environment within the student works. Teacher breaks each habit down into very small teachable bites. Each team member knows how to cause the student to practice and master each bite. Mastery: The student, with perfect practice eventually masters each of the component parts of each habit. That mastery can cause him to be an excellent reader. Financial Incentives STUDENT The Financial incentives for the student as he achieves specific milestones are: A Bike, A Computer, A Desk-Chair Set, Post High School Scholarships and Loans to extend his education to college or vocational training programs. PARENT Tuition Loans; Scholarship: Grant TEACHER Substantial Bonus for work effort irrespective of results additional bonus for great results. SCHOOL Grant for executing this reading program. COMMUNITY Support will develop students who read well.
